Enriched Topsoil

Enriched Topsoil is a carefully screened and treated soil base amended with 3/8″ screened compost to enhance fertility and structure. This nutrient-rich blend provides excellent aeration and moisture retention, making it the perfect underlayment for new sod, as well as for planting trees, shrubs, and garden beds. Its balanced composition supports strong root development and long-term plant health across a variety of landscape applications.

Custom Mix (Contractor’s Mix)

Custom Mix is a premium blend of screened topsoil, 3/8″ screened compost, and orange sand high in iron content. This versatile soil mix—also known as “Contractor’s Mix” or “Lawn Dressing”—is designed for multiple landscape applications. It’s ideal for filling in low or bare areas, improving lawn density and color, and promoting healthy root growth. Custom Mix also works beautifully for general planting projects such as flower beds and garden areas, offering a balanced combination of drainage, structure, and nutrients.
